My Boyfriend recommended the 8-week program as he had just completed it. I needed help in losing weight and understanding the different food types to help with my energy levels and hormones. Katy and I got straight to work after the introduction Zoom meeting which I confirmed my daily challenges were sleep deprivation, bloating, stomach cramps and lack of energy. During the program, I discovered that not eating gluten eliminated my stomach cramps and bloating which was a massive relief. Around the 4th week, I started improving my sleep getting to bed easier and sleeping longer and deeper. In the 5th week, my energy levels had completely changed not feeling tired anymore, and I was able to work longer and not be completely exhausted at the end of the day.
The recipes have been fantastic, and easy to cook and getting all the food at the shops was educational. It got me into a new and great routine which has helped organise the week starting with Sunday prep ready for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 6 days a week. So interesting to understand what you put in your body and what you get out with all the health benefits. I would recommend this to everyone but most importantly to women about to go through menopause. To understand what and how food can change your moods and feelings plus hormones.

After being told that I had high cholesterol (the bad type) and that I was overweight, I knew that I needed guidance on best practices to follow and rectify this.
I have found Katy to be extremely knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition, and her delivery combined with her lifestyle coaching approach has complemented and contributed to my own success.
I have reduced my cholesterol levels to a “normal level” and reduced my weight from 109kgs down to 90kgs which I am able to maintain with Katy’s continued support and advice.

I have more energy, sleep better, feel physically cleaner from the inside, and the biggest one for me, I have gone from a daily muscular pain level of 10-12 out of 10, to a max 2 out of 10, which is essentially as good as a zero in comparison to the pain, misery, excessive fatigue and suffering that I used to have to deal with daily.
